Our holiday rental villa is located in Kalkan üzümlü region. It has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Suitable for conservative families, the private swimming pool and pool terrace are fully sheltered. There is a jacuzzi in the suite bedroom specially for honeymoon couples. It is very suitable for families with children and has a children's pool. Luxury furnishings are used. There is an exit from the lounge of our villa on the pool terrace.  

Bedroom Rooms

1st Bedroom : 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom :  2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, wardrobe, vanity table, park bed, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge : There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning, coffee table in the living room. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen : In the modern American kitchen, there is a dining table for 4 people, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses.

Garden : There is a private swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, garden furniture, swing, barbecue in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance : The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaning is done 1 time a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. by the staff looking at our villa. is done by the staff for a fee.

Deposit : A deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken, broken, lost, 10 minutes before departure from the villa. the villa / apart is checked and the deposit is returned to our guest. 

In all our villas, insect spraying is carried out on the entrance and exit days. the first day check-in time is 16.00 in the afternoon and the last day departure time from the villa is 10.00 in the morning. Since cleaning is done in the intervening time period, we would like to state that we cannot help you if you arrive earlier than your arrival time. Please observe the entrance and exit times to the villa.

In our villas with a sheltered pool, we definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility, there is always a 5% hiding margin in these villas.

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is uphill.
