Our conservative villa with 2 bedrooms and 4 people, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen Region, was completed in June 2021 and has been put at the disposal of our valued guests. Our villa has a conservative pool and is not visible from the outside. Our villa is located in Sarıbelen Village Center and you can easily supply your market needs. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from our villa to the center of Kalkan and to the beaches in the region. are within vehicle distance.

Our villa has been designed in a very modern way and we wish our guests to have a good holiday in good living conditions.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, air conditioner, TV, internet, satellite receiver, dining table, coffee table in the villa lounge.

Kitchen: In the kitchen of our villa, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, kettle, 4-person dining set.

Pool and Garden: The pool and garden are sheltered and not visible from the outside. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, table tennis playground, dining table and barbecue.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. will be provided by the staff looking after our villa. done by the staff, for a fee.

Deposit: A deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, 10 minutes from the departure from the villa. The villa/apartment is checked first and the deposit is returned to our guest.

Check-in time for all our villas is at 16.00 on the first day and at 10.00 in the morning on the last day. We would like to point out that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive earlier than your check-in time to the Villa/Aparta, as cleaning is done in the interval. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

All of our villas, which have a location in nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite this, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

We do not guarantee that we will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools.
