Villa Incir

Villa Incir is located in Çavdır locality of Kalkan, the charming holiday resort of Antalya. Our villa with nature view has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Our villa is furnished with comfortable and high-quality home decoration items. Villa Incir is a sheltered villa with a private pool located in nature. Our villa has a jacuzzi in the main bedroom, making it an ideal villa holiday option for honeymoon couples.

Note: Our villa is suitable for families and honeymoon couples, but is not suitable for groups of men and friends.

NOTE: During high season, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bedrooms :

1st Bedroom: The air-conditioned bedroom has a double bed, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe and jacuzzi bathroom/WC.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom/WC.

Living Room: Villa İncir's air-conditioned living room includes a comfortable seating group, a dining table set for 4 people, a TV and a satellite receiver. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.

Kitchen: It is an open American kitchen. The modern kitchen includes a microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, dinner set for 5 people, spoon and cutlery, pots and pans, glasses and a toaster.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in the garden of Villa Incir. Pool dimensions are 10 m x 4 m; The depth is 1.55 m. Garden & pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Private Garden: There is a swimming pool, 4 sun loungers, 2 sun umbrellas, a drop swing, a nature-friendly garden seating group and a stone barbecue in the garden.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are sprayed regularly.

*Rye* ; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you have to go uphill.

*General note for all villas in Çavdır region*: Due to high demand; In our villas in the Kalkan region, there may be electricity - water outages, voltage drops, infrastructure and construction works.
