Villa Birce is our rental villa located in the Kalkan Patara region, which was completed in 2024. Our rental villa, located in nature in a quiet location, is a very special option for our guests looking for a peaceful holiday and honeymoon accommodation. Our villa, which has a magnificent view of Patara, was designed with guest satisfaction in mind. Our villa is located in a complex consisting of 5 villas. Pool terraces are not visible from the villa in front of each villa.
Villa Birce is designed to be rented during the winter months. It can also be rented during the winter months with its indoor heated pool and underfloor heating system.
Note* The last 5 kilometers of the road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road. There is a generator in our villa against power outages.
Note** A cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
Pets are ABSOLUTELY not accepted in our villa.
